Putters have deep and round rims compared to other types of discs. Putters are less aerodynamic and the slowest of all discs. Putters are generally the best at sticking in the chains of a basket. Finally, the discs slow speeds mean they land softer, allowing players to accurately place them without much concern over big skips.
